The
Annual Membership Meeting is for the purpose of electing board
members to serve as directors for the next two years, July 1,
2009 through June 30, 2011. A Nominating Committee
prepared the slate of directors being recommended for the
board. Board officers are also recommended by the
Nominating Committee and those officers will oversee the
programs and budget for HFIA. In addition to the
board election, a "state of the Association" report will be
presented. |
